Estimated to be 40 weeks old, this skull shows evidence of a possible vacuum extraction. As viewed from the side, the parietals are considerably higher than the frontal and occipital bones. Also notice the sharp angles on the parietal eminences. The Occiput is still clearly in four pieces (basilar, two condyles, and squama) and sphenoid is in three pieces (body and two greater wings).
